Farrell R. Crouse, Sr., MD, age 84 of Pilesgrove, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017, in the Memorial Hospital of Salem County, Mannington, NJ.

Born in Sparta, NC, and raised in NC and Salem County, he was the son of the late Claude S. & Zora M. (Irwin) Crouse. Dr. Crouse is survived by his son, Farrell R. Crouse, Jr., Esq.

Dr. Crouse was a graduate of Penns Grove High School, the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, and the Jefferson Medical College of Philadelphia, now the Sidney Kimmel Medical College. He specialized in psychiatry and served his patients for 54 years before his retirement.
