Jane G. Tansey, age 80 of Newark, died Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in Heartland Hospice.

Born in Woodstown, NJ, daughter of the late Milton & Lillian Gaunt. She was a 1955 graduate of Woodstown High School, and she worked as an office coordinator for ADT Security for 25 years. Jane’s beautiful smile will be missed by all who loved her.

Survived by her son, Michael Tansey; her daughter, Debbie (Danny) Petrucci; grandchildren, Aubrie, Allison, and Liam; and sisters, Midge (Charlie) Diorio and Edie (Buddy) Carney.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 9th in the Catholic Community of the Holy Spirit Church, 51 Broad St., Woodstown, NJ, 08098. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity. Jane’s family gives a special thank you to the staff of Heartland Hospice.
