Shirley A. Woods, age 69 of Newfield, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017 in Cooper Hospital in Camden.

Born in Vineland, she was the daughter of the late Isaac & Nancy (Green) VanCulin, and was predeceased by her husband, David Lee Woods, Sr. She is survived by her son, David Jr.; brothers, Isaac, David, and Larry VanCulin; sister, Georgia Johnson-Swain, and her companion, Wilbert Turpin.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, March 13th in the H.T. Layton Funeral Home, 102 S. Main St., Woodstown, where friends are invited to visit from 10 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Friendship Methodist Cemetery.
