Russell J. “Rusty” Drummond, Jr., age 44, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Rusty leaves behind his beloved wife, Laura (nee Birchmire); the apples of his eye, Zoey and Abby; his father and mother, Russ and Carol; and his brother, Mike.

Rusty was a superintendent at the DRBA, and he was a dedicated family man and an avid fisherman.

Memorial services will be held at 4 PM on Sunday, March 19th in the H.T. Layton Funeral Home, 102 S. Main St., Woodstown, NJ, where friends are invited to visit from 2 PM until the time of service. A celebration of his life will follow the memorial service, from 5-7 PM at the Reliance Fire Hall, 25 Broad St., Woodstown, NJ. Bring a good story and cheerful thoughts.
