LeRoy Griffith, Jr., age 88 of Woodstown, died Thursday, December 7, 2017 in Salem Hospital.

Born in Michigan, he was the son of the late Roy & Alice (Haines) Griffith. LeRoy was a 1949 graduate of Woodstown High School, where he lettered in four sports. He married Ann Crawford and is survived by his son & daughter-in-law, LeRoy Michael & Terra Griffith. He owned and operated Star Market in Woodstown and later worked as a real estate agent. An avid horseracing person, he raised, trained, and raced standard bred horses. It was his lifelong passion. He will be sadly missed by friends and family.
